Product Review : Too Faced Joy To The Girls Palette & an Unpleasant Experience at Sephora MCC

*UPDATE 29/03/2014 I've been using this palette for a week and with a good primer and makeup base, this baby works well. Some colors maybe disappointing but its okay. I recommend this palette if you have extra moolah to spend when you want something new. Cheers! 23/03/2014 I have to share my unpleasant experience at Sephora Mirdif City Center. For frequent visitors of Sephora, you know how their staff are very welcoming and helpful the instant you enter their store. This is normal in any Sephora based on my visits in several stores here in Dubai-UAE, New York, New Jersery, and Philadelphia in the US.  On this particular shop at Mirdif City Center (my second visit a this shop)  as I entered he store, no one approached to assist me even when I started checking out the products. At that point I thought.. wait a minute this is not normal...am I really at Sephora??   I waited and continued checking the products .. and waited more..but nothing! I started questionin...

Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth Speakers is the Bomb!

I'm a music lover. It runs in the family. Last Christmas, my brother was so eager to get a portable tiny speaker from Bose. He was describing how small it was and knowing Bose as one of the best for sound system, I got curious. Since our holiday stay in the US was quite short, I was already back in Dubai when they went to Bose to get his speakers. In short, I didn't get to see it.  Back in Dubai while roaming around Virgin, Chief and I saw the speakers and we decided to check it out. When the salesman demonstrated the speaker, we were impressed! We ended up buying one for us.  The package contents.. and to give you an idea of the size.. The package contains a box with different types of adapter heads to change your standard american plug charger to suit your needs depending on your location or even when travelling. Charging is a breeze with the dock charging unit that comes with it.. You can place it anywhere you please and simply dock your s...

Baby Foot ...Another Japanese Wonder

Hey everyone! It's the weekend again and I can't wait to have this spare time to write to you about another amazing Japanese product.  Chief has been complaining to me about his calloused and cracked sole of his feet. For years we have tried using different creams from different brands like Dr. Scholl's for example and many others.  I also tried giving him a loving foot spa at home (yeah.. I have all the gadgets and machine for this at home!) only to give it a temporal beautiful feet... and also it was time and energy consuming for me.. not that I am complaining, I love taking care o my man, it is just that I can't do it often to maintain it since I am a working woman. ( I even find it difficult to have the time to update my blog all the more for other things..) One day while roaming and being fussy with the health and beauty products at Spinney's I found this .. Baby Foot from Japan. It says that it removes the hard skin from your feet. I scanned the box...

Tokyo Love Soap Review & October Promotion

Hey Everyone! A week has passed again and I am very excited. The Eid Holidays are coming in the next few days and Chief & I are going to Singapore for a 6-day R&R! We are leaving in the next two days!!!YAY! So, I want to talk about my review for the Tokyo Love Soap  that I ordered last month which was featured on this  blog . I bought their Premium soap as recommended by my cousin and added the KEU Whitening Corrector Cream. I picked the Tokyo Love Soap Ultimate as my freebie.  My thoughts..  The premium soap is what I tried first. Upon first use, you can feel the difference in the texture of your skin, it is smoother! I washed my face and made sure to follow the instructions to leave the lather for 3 minutes before washing it off. My face was indeed lighter at first use and more on the succeeding days.   I also used the soap on my whole body.  Results??  The skin on my face felt like a baby's bum, so soft and supple, and as for my bod...
